Download the English Learner Educator Toolkit from English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century (ELPA21) before June 30. The toolkit is an essential set of resources for English learner and content educators. It is designed to support high-quality, data-informed instruction and assessment for English learners. The toolkit includes performance measures, tip sheets, infographics and more. It is available at no cost to Ohio educators through June 30. After June 30, the toolkit will be available for $199.
