Families who have been awarded funds from the Afterschool Child Enrichment Education Savings Account program (ACE) have more time to spend their money. The deadline for families to spend funds has been extended to Sept. 1, 2025.

The deadline to submit emergency medical waiver applications has been extended to June 5. The waiver may be submitted in rare circumstances in which students cannot take one or more assessments during the testing window dates because of medical emergencies.

The Department released the 2022-2023 special education indicator data for all districts and community schools. The District-Level Special Education Indicator Data displays a district or community school's performance on key indicators established by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
