Hearing and vision screening surveys due June 1

Plan ahead to submit annually required reports 

As required by Ohio law, schools and districts should submit their annual Hearing Screening Survey and Vision Screening Survey for the 2024-2025 school year by June 1. Schools and districts can find reporting information on the Ohio Department of Health’s Annual Reporting Survey webpage.
