Sexually transmitted infection education audit reporting opens March 16

Upcoming deadline and webinars for annual reporting and audit

The reporting window for the 2025-2026 Sexually Transmitted Infection Education Audit opens March 16 and closes June 1. 

Refer to the Ohio Revised Code for information about curriculum requirements and the instruction audit.  

Superintendents will find the reporting requirements for the audit in the OHID portal monitoring application under the name “2025-2026 Sexually Transmitted Infection Education Audit.”

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce will hold open office hours to support superintendents and their designees on the following dates. Registration is not required.

  • March 18, 3-3:30 p.m. | Join
  • March 25, 12:30-1 p.m. | Join
  • April 15, 3-3:30 p.m. | Join
  • April 29, 3-3:30 p.m. | Join
  • May 29, 12:30-1 p.m. | Join
Reminders for completing the reporting requirements for the audit: 
  • Answer all questions (all are required). 
  • A program or organization name that was used to provide the instructional material is required for question 2.
  • Do not use identifying information such as names, phone numbers, or physical addresses for question 3.
  • When all questions are answered, update the audit status to “Complete” and click the save button to submit.
