Seeking STEM and STEAM information from Ohio schools
In the last year, Ohio’s teachers have demonstrated resilience and brilliance in providing students with the best education possible. In alignment with Each Child, Our Future, Ohio’s strategic plan for education, the Department is asking district leaders and educators to complete a brief, five-minute questionnaire about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education and science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) education. The questions are intended to help the Department gain a deeper understanding of the role that STEM and STEAM play in districts. The information will be compiled into a report that will help inform future STEM and STEAM supports for Ohio’s schools. All information supplied will be confidential, and Department staff will only reach out to districts to follow up if authorized to do so.
Please complete the STEM/STEAM questionnaire by May 31. Questions about the survey can be sent to Kimberly Bell.
