Register for Engaging School Communities, Inspiring Attendance Convening
5/24/2024
Districts and schools are invited to attend the Engaging School Communities, Inspiring Attendance Convening hosted by Stay in the Game!, the Cleveland Browns Foundation and the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce June 14 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Columbus.
The attendance convening is designed to elevate and promote the recommendations of the Ohio Attendance Task Force while emphasizing the crucial connection between attendance and engagement. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in enlightening sessions, engaging discussions, and practical workshops aimed at empowering educators and district leaders in their attendance initiatives.
This team-oriented event allows districts to register four team members, with at least two of those being classroom teachers. Districts are encouraged to submit additional team members and will be contacted to confirm attendance.
Direct questions to Ohio's Attendance Advisor Patrick Hickman.
