July 12 Summer Learning Series highlights credentialing and career advising

Join the Ohio Department of Education July 12 for the 2023 Summer Learning Series. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Department team members and educators as they discuss the upcoming state budget, credentialing pathways and more. These virtual meetups provide an opportunity for educators and educational leaders to network, collaborate and gather and share ideas about work happening throughout the state.   • 9-9:50 a.m.: “Credentialing Pathways” presented by the Office of Graduate Success with a panel of educators
  • 10-10:50 a.m.: “Career Advising: How a District Transformed Policy into Practice” presented by John Dilling, Columbiana County Education Service Center and Dan Hill, Crestview Local School District
  • 11-11:50 a.m.: “OhioMeansJobs K-12 2023 Changes” presented by Amy Dumbaugh, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services
  • Noon- 12:50 p.m.: “Budget Updates” presented by Graham Wood, Ohio Department of Education
