Provide feedback by May 16 on topics impacting school leaders

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is focused on providing resources for school leaders and opportunities to connect with colleagues throughout the state. Principal Chats are hosted in collaboration with the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators and the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators.

The Department is seeking feedback on Principal Chat topics for the next school year. Input from school leaders will help plan sessions that are relevant and valuable. School leaders are encouraged to complete this brief survey by Friday, May 16.

Registration is open for the May 14 chat, which will focus on the importance of onboarding as a tool for long-term staff engagement and retention.
