The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce provides oversight and coordination of all requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This includes ensuring compliance with IDEA, promoting equitable and improved student outcomes, and ensuring all eight aspects of general supervision function together coherently.
