Ohio Educational Technology Conference call for presenters open

11/7/2022

The Ohio Educational Technology Conference (#OETC23) opened the call for presenters Nov. 2. This is the 25th year for the conference and the theme is \ Forward: Celebrating the Past; Creating the Future. The conference will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center Feb. 14-16, 2023.

Conference hosts are seeking proposals from potential presenters. There are many ways to bring technology to Ohio’s students. This conference will offer sessions geared to the different groups who have a hand in student success. When submitting proposals, interested presenters should identify which session and audience their presentation would address:

  • Instruction: Presentations in these sessions are for anyone in an educational role (teachers, instructional technologists, educational coaches, preservice teachers, curriculum leaders, professors).
  • Information Technology: These sessions and learning experiences are for attendees in the IT fields.
  • Leadership: These sessions are for leaders in education (superintendents, principals, treasurers, district administrators, business officials, operations managers, facilities managers).
  • Library/Media Specialists: These sessions are for those in the library and media specialist fields.

Potential presenters can find helpful documents, including the submission guide, on oetc.ohio.gov. Proposals are due Nov. 25.
