Virtual human capital networking sessions

12/4/2023

Connecting with peers who have similar challenges and solutions can build relationships and drive change. Peer-to-peer connections build bonds to help with problem-solving in the moment and over time. The Department, in partnership with Experience Management Institute, is offering three virtual human capital networking sessions this school year to help with these connections:

  • Dec. 8, noon-1 p.m. - Winning the Race for Talent: Strategies to Increase Your Candidate Pool
  • March 12, noon-1 p.m. - Designing Onboarding Experiences to Engage and Retain
  • June 25 noon-1 p.m. - The Art of Listening: Using Stay Surveys to Uncover Employee Needs and Preferences
Participants will leave the sessions with knowledge, skills and tools for implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding and facilitating stay surveys in districts and schools.

To register and learn more about these sessions, visit the Human Capital Resource Center’s Professional Learning page. Contact hcrc@education.ohio.gov with questions
