Ohio Vax-2-School offers opportunities to win scholarship money
Ohioans between the ages of 12-25 who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine are eligible to enter the Ohio Vax-2-School drawing. Vax-2-School offers eligible Ohioans a chance to win one of five $100,000 scholarships and one of 150 $10,000 scholarships to the Ohio college, university, technical or trade school, or career program of their choice.
Ohio Vax-2-School is an opt-in program. Parent or legal guardians of registered minors or adults under a guardianship must be validate information before award of a prize. The entry form for Ohioans 12 to 17 years old must include parent or legal guardian information, including the minor’s name, phone number and email address. Eligible Ohioans may register for the drawings and learn more by visiting OhioVax2School.com or by calling the Ohio Department of Health Call Center at 1-833-4-ASK-ODH (1-833-427-5634) between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily.
