2022-2023 Prevention Services Data Reports due Nov. 9

Each year, traditional public schools, community schools, state supported organizations, STEM schools and career-technical education schools are required by Ohio law to report the types of prevention-focused services provided to staff, students and families.

The Ohio K12 Help Desk recently sent emails to district superintendents and school administrators that contain unique links to create and submit 2022-2023 Prevention Services Data Reports for required schools.

District or school designees must submit reports by Friday, Nov. 9.
