Resources, guidance available for aspiring administrators at statewide conference

The Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA) will host the 2025 Aspiring Administrators Conference on Dec. 11 in Columbus.

The event will provide guidance and valuable information for educators considering a transition to school administrator roles. The attendees will explore job posting and search processes that school districts use, review the interview process, and learn how to develop their resume with tips for the paper screening. A panel of current administrators will discuss transitioning from the classroom to the office.

All attendees will receive a one-year complimentary OASSA Associate Membership, valued at $60. The cost for this event is $195 and will provide approximately six contact hours. Register here.
