Application windows for high-quality instructional materials and core curriculum in English language arts and evidence-based reading intervention programs

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is accepting applications for updates to the approved lists of high-quality instructional materials and core curriculum in English language arts for prekindergarten through grade 5 and evidence-based reading intervention programs in prekindergarten through grade 12. Additional materials may be added to the approved list of core curriculum and instructional materials in English language arts and approved list of reading intervention programs following completion of the Department’s review process.

For eligible applicants wishing to apply for this review cycle, an Intent to Apply form is due Oct. 18 by 4 p.m. Applications, including all required documents, are due Nov. 1 by 4 p.m. All documents are within the Request for Applications posted on the Department’s 2024-2025 Review Process webpage.

This year, the review processes for high-quality instructional materials and core curriculum in English language arts and evidence-based reading intervention programs are running concurrently.
