Update on COVID-19 test kits and vaccines

Schools and districts still can request COVID tests through this SurveyMonkey tool. Also available are professional tests (for central administration), proctored home tests that produce documented results and over-the-counter tests for school-related purposes that don't require documented results. Find guidance about different potential uses for the various tests on the order form.

Note that most tests currently in stock have a shelf life that extends through November. Some schools have tests that are expired. Schools can check this Food and Drug Administration website to verify if existing tests have been further extended and have remaining shelf life. From this link, scroll down to the find the test in question, then click on "See link for list of updated expiration dates." If it is necessary to dispose of tests, follow the steps in the manufacturer’s instructions.
