Restart Readiness Assessments and Centralized Reporting System teacher webinar

Restart Readiness Assessments and Centralized Reporting System teacher webinar

9/21/2020

The Ohio Department of Education and Cambium Assessment will be hosting a webinar for educators to learn more about the Restart Readiness Assessments and Centralized Reporting System on Sept. 23 from 2-3:30 p.m.

The Restart Readiness Assessments are a suite of optional assessment tools for students in grades 3 through high school that have been developed by the Ohio Department of Education in collaboration with Cambium Assessment, Inc. Comprised of two components, Benchmark Tests and Checkpoint Assessments, the purpose of the Restart Readiness Assessments is to provide schools and districts with actionable performance data using assessments that have been aligned with Ohio's Learning Standards and built using items from Ohio's State Tests.

Data gathered by these new assessments will be available for analysis using the Centralized Reporting System. Similar to the Online Reporting System used for Ohio's State Tests, the Centralized Reporting System provides a platform through which assessment data can be analyzed.

Using the Centralized Reporting System, districts or regional data leads will be able to conduct an item level analysis at the district, classroom or student level; review individual student responses for every item on every test; compare performance across a wide variety of contexts and categories; and much more.

Register for the webinar here. This webinar will be repeated since there is limited capacity. Additional dates will be forthcoming and a recording will be placed on the Restart Readiness Assessment Portal.
