Schools, districts awarded $10 million to support transportation upgrades

Governor Mike DeWine and Department Director Stephen D. Dackin have announced the award of $10 million in Ohio School Bus Safety Grants to 371 schools, districts, and county boards of developmental disabilities. The grants support transportation upgrades and advanced safety features.

Reminder about online makeup hour plans

Online make up hour plans allow eligible schools up to three online days per school year for emergencies or contingencies, such as hazardous weather conditions. Schools using a blended learning model or operating as an online school are ineligible for these plans.
