Free ‘Intro to Cybersecurity’ course for K-12 school system administrators

D2L and Sinclair College have partnered to launch a free K-12 cybersecurity course to support school leaders in guiding their districts to increase their resilience to the cyber threats to students, staff, and data. Course content and registration are available from D2L’s website.

The data appeal window for kindergarten readiness assessments for the 2024 fiscal year is open through April 26.

List of free and reduced-cost epinephrine autoinjectors

Ohio law requires the Department to compile and share the list of organizations and companies that offer free and reduced-cost epinephrine autoinjectors. Schools and districts can find free or reduced-cost epinephrine autoinjectors at EpiPen4Schools or Auvi-Q.

Emergency Medical Waiver application submission

In rare circumstances in which students cannot take state assessments during the state testing windows because of medical emergencies, districts and community schools must apply for Emergency Medical Waivers.
