Final graduation, graduate data correction opportunity open through Oct. 24

Districts may request certain data corrections through Oct. 24

From Monday, Oct. 13 through Friday, Oct. 24, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY25 data:

  • Graduation
  • Graduate Cohort 

Please note: The final correction opportunity for graduate cohort is only for correcting Fiscal Year Began Ninth Grade OR Grade Level Element. 

The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
