Community Schools Classroom Facilities Grants

In June 2015, Amended Substitute House Bill No. 64 authorized the creation of the Community Schools Classroom Facilities Grant Program and created an appropriation of $25,000,000 in state funding to be used for this purpose.  Round 1 grants totaling over $17 million were awarded to eight high-performing community schools in 2016. Grant funding will be available for Round 2.
