  The Performance Period is a timeframe dedicated to determining acceptance of project deliverables.  This Plan outlines the current methodology being used to determine acceptance and the schedule for requested data submissions by Ohio’s districts in regards to the EMIS Redesign.
• LEA Data Collector Checklist - Updated 12/14/09, Version 1.1
  The Data Collector User Checklist is used by EMIS reporting entities to aid in data collection in the redesigned EMIS.
