Changes/Corrections since July 29, 2016:
We corrected an issue with Alternate Assessments for the high school grade levels that were including Alternate Assessments that were taken in prior years in the appropriate End of Course counts.

Data Review and Appeal Windows Open for Fy16 Student and Assessment Data
Beginning Monday, August 1, 2016 through Wednesday, August 10, 2016, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM districts and educational service centers may conduct their required review of their student and assessment data submitted in EMIS. These data will affect many measures on the 2016 Ohio District and School Report Cards.
Superintendents are to signify whether these data are accurate or not as they complete the “Fiscal Year 2016 Report Card Data Review” form, which is within the Forms application in SAFE
. If a superintendent has inaccurate data, he or she also should submit an appeal by the Aug. 10 deadline as described here,
using the “Fiscal Year 2016 Data Appeal for Fall/Summer Assessments”, “Fiscal Year 2016 Data Appeal for Spring Assessments” and/or “Fiscal Year 2016 Data Appeal for Student Data” forms. Please note that since districts can report fall early learning assessments through mid-August, the appeal window for that data will happen at a later date.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator and superintendent designee have access to fill out both the data review and data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the department until the superintendent approves the form and completes the process.
