FY23 Partial GY Assessment File and Missing List
The WebXam vendor, CETE, has released a partial file of CTE technical assessments results from the 2022-2023 school year. The file includes results for assessments taken prior to April 21, 2023. CETE will release a final file to ITCs the week of June 16 that includes all WebXam assessment results for the 2022-2023 school year. Districts should begin reporting assessment scores in the Career Tech Accountability Assessment Collection (FY23) (2023ACTSP) as soon as possible to ensure that students who will be enrolling in post-secondary institutions receive transcripted CTE articulated credit upon enrollment.
The missing list for the Career Tech Accountability Assessment Collection has been turned on. The list is based upon the partial vendor file from CETE. The missing list will be updated with all assessment results when the final vendor file is loaded in June.
