Need to Re-Submit ACT Scores
As you may have seen in the news, ACT had to update scores for many students who took the online school administrations this spring. Since so many students had an increase in their scores, we have decided to purge the ACT scores we have received to date from spring administrations. If an ACT result has a test date within one of the 3 state testing windows or has a generic February 1, March 1, or April 1 date, it will be removed from the EMIS database starting at 8 a.m. Friday. This removal will work its way through any relevant SDC reports and ODDEX data as those systems are updated.

Because of this removal, EMIS submitters need to make sure they are downloading updated student results from ACT, replacing any changed results in their SIS, and resubmitting the Other Accountability Assessments Collection before its August 7 close. The Department does not have the ability to make sure scores are updated as needed in your SIS; however, we will monitor who has and has not submitted the ACT collection after the purge of existing reported scores.
