FY22 Data Appeal for Assessment, Staff and Course, and Calendar Data Open
From Monday, Aug. 8 through Friday, Aug.19, districts may appeal the following FY22 data:
  • Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA)
  • Alternate Assessment
  • Final Staff and Course
  • Final Calendar
  • CTE Assessment
These data will not only affect many measures on the 2022 Ohio Report Cards, but will also impact the amount of state funding received by the district. This is the only opportunity to appeal this data.

The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

For more information about the data appeal window, timeline, and completion process for superintendents, visit the EMIS Data Appeals webpage. For questions regarding data appeals, contact the Department's Office of Data Quality.
