FY22 Data Appeal for Assessment and Student Data Opening Soon
Starting on July 14, districts may appeal the following FY22 data:
  • Fall Third Grade ELA and Reading
  • Dropout Prevention & Recovery Assessment
  • Spring End of Course Assessment
  • Spring State Assessment Grades 3-8
  • Student
These data may affect measures on the 2022 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to appeal this data. For more details about data appeals, visit the EMIS Data Appeals webpage.

CTE Program of Concentration
FY22 Student Appeals are open from July 14 – July 22, 2022. To ensure the accuracy of the CTE Local Report Card and Quality Program Reviews, LEAs should review the FY22 CTE Program of Concentration element for their students.

LEAs should review the (CTAC-101) CTE Concentrator Accountability All FY POC, the (CTAC-102) CTE Concentrator Accountability FY POC Missing, and the (CTAC-103) CTE Concentrator Accountability FY POC Unexpected reports in the Data Collector and the Current Year Concentrator report in the Secure Data Center. LEAs need to submit an appeal for any student for whom the CTE Program of Concentration element is incorrect for 2021-2022. This may include data reported in a previous school year or by another LEA.
