EMIS Update: Data Appeal – November 18, 2024

11/18/2024

FY24 eSchool Missing Test Data Appeal Open
From Monday, November 18 through Friday, December 13, eSchools may appeal their FY24 eSchool missing test data. The 2024_STUDENT_ESCHOOL_1YEAR_SSIDs_20241023 file provided to eSchools indicates which assessments the Department has marked as missing for a given student for the 2023-2024 school year. The files can be used to assist schools during the eSchool missing test appeals process. Each school’s file can contain up to three tabs, MISSED_ANY_3_8_SSIDS, MISSED_ANY_09_10_12_SSIDS, and MISSED_ANY_11_SSIDS. Each tab provides information for the tests students in specific grades levels could have taken during FY24.

For more information about this data appeal, timeline, and completion process for superintendents, visit the  EMIS Data Appeals webpage. For questions regarding data appeals, contact the Department's Office of Data Quality.
