FY25 Final Correction Opportunity for Other Accountability Assessment Open
From Monday, Aug. 11 through Friday, Aug. 15, districts may request a final correction opportunity for their FY25 other accountability assessment data.
These data may affect measures on the 2025 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
For more information about this final correction opportunity, timelines, and completion process for superintendents, visit the
Districts and Schools Final Correction Opportunities webpage. For questions regarding final correction opportunities, contact the Department's
Office of Data Quality.
