FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for Retention Data Open
From Tuesday, Sept. 2 through Wednesday, Sept. 3, districts may request a final correction opportunity for their FY26 retention data.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

FY25 Final Correction Opportunity for Financial Data Open
From Tuesday, Sept. 2 through Friday, Sept. 19, treasurers may request a final correction opportunity for their FY25 financial data.

FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for CTE Program of Concentration Opening Soon
Starting on Sept. 9, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM schools, and joint vocational school districts required to report career-technical education follow-up data in EMIS may review the students included in their 2026 CTE Follow-up Stdnt Draft.
If a program of concentration listed on the file is incorrect, please review the guidance document for completing a final correction opportunity. Districts will not be able to revise a student's CTE Program of Concentration to their 2026 CTE Follow-up Lists by any means other than this final correction opportunity process.

Completion Status for FY25 Report Card Data Review Updated
The completion status spreadsheet for the FY25 Report Card Data Review has been updated on the
EMIS Data Review & Verification webpage.
Superintendents are required to review and signify whether their district’s 2025 report card data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2025 Report Card Data Review form.

FY25 Finance Review and Verification Open
From Tuesday, Sept. 2 through Friday, Oct. 10, treasurers must complete a required review of their 2025 finance data reported in EMIS. Treasurers must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2025 Finance Data Review form.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described in
Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714. Superintendents are legally required to review and certify the quality of data, as noted
in Ohio Administrative Code 3301-14-01 (G). Failing to complete the process may trigger progressive sanctions as outlined in
Ohio Administrative Code 3301-17.
