FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for Funding Open
From Monday, Aug. 17 through Friday, Aug. 28, treasurers and superintendents may request a final correction opportunity for their FY26 funding data.
The treasurer, superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until both the treasurer then the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for Child Outcome Summary Assessment Opening Soon
Starting on Aug. 24, districts may request a final correction opportunity for their FY26 child outcome summary assessment data.

FY26 Report Card Data Review and Verification Open
From Monday, Aug. 17 through Friday, Sept. 4, superintendents must complete a required review of their 2026 student, assessment, calendar, staff, course, reading diagnostic, and exiting student follow-up data reported in EMIS. Superintendents must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2026 Data Review for the Report Card form.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described
in Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714. Superintendents are legally required to review and certify the quality of data, as noted in
Ohio Administrative Code 3301-14-01 (G). Failing to complete the process may trigger progressive sanctions as outlined
in Ohio Administrative Code 3301-17.
