The Department recognizes that data reporting errors can and do occur and has designed a formal process to ensure that all districts can correct substantive reporting errors upon the Department's review.

    Eschool Missing Assessment Information
    This file is provided to eSchools and indicates which assessments the Department has marked as missing for a given student for the 2023-2024 school year. The files can be used to assist schools during the eSchool missing test appeals process. Each school’s file can contain up to three tabs, MISSED_ANY_3_8_SSIDS, MISSED_ANY_09_10_12_SSIDS, and MISSED_ANY_11_SSIDS. Each tab provides information for the tests students in specific grades levels could have taken during FY24.

  • Organizations required to report CTE follow up data
  • Districts will not be able to add students to their list or update the CTE Program of Concentration through this final correction opportunity process.
  • Deadline to submit corrected data in EMIS for approved final correction opportunities was Jan. 23 at 11:59 p.m.

 

Watermarks

Districts that discover a substantive reporting error after the relevant final correction opportunity window has closed may request a watermark for their Report Card.
