The Department recognizes that data reporting errors can and do occur and has designed a formal process to ensure that all districts can correct substantive reporting errors upon the Department's review.

Opens: Sept. 1, 2026	Closes: Sept. 11, 2026

FY27 CTE Program of Concentration
Required to Approve: Superintendent (Instructions)
Opens: Oct. 22, 2026	Closes: Nov. 9 2026

Only the student’s most recent CTE Program of Concentration will be listed on the follow-up file. Districts should not file a final correction opportunity to add additional CTE programs of concentration for students.	Organizations required to report CTE follow-up data in 2027S1EXT
FY27 CTE Program of Concentration Final Correction Opportunity Guidance FY27 CTE Program of Concentration Final Correction Opportunity Template - If incomplete or inaccurate data is provided, the final correction opportunity may not be accepted. For CTE data and calculation related questions, please see the Program Matrix, CTE Report Card Technical Documentation or contact the Office of Career-Technical Education. Districts will not be able to revise a student's CTE Program of Concentration to their 2027 CTE Follow-up Lists by any means other than this final correction opportunity process.
