The FY25 Consolidated Final Expenditure Reports (FER) are due December 31, 2025, for all districts that have not yet submitted their report. To ensure grantees can submit FERs by the deadline, the Office of Grants Management will stop approving FY25 Project Cash Requests (PCRs) on December 15 at 4:00 p.m. FERs cannot be initiated while a PCR is pending; therefore, any PCRs received after this deadline will be returned to allow for timely FER submission. Payments due after the PCR deadline will be processed once the FER has been approved by the Office of Grants Management. Because FERs are reviewed in the order they are received, payments generated through the FER process may take additional time. We strongly encourage districts to submit any necessary PCRs by the deadline.
