Final Expenditure Reports (FER)* are due September 30, 2025 for all grants except the ones in the Consolidated funding** application. To ensure grantees can submit their FERs by the deadline, the Office of Grants Management will stop approving FY25 Project Cash Requests (PCR) on September 17 at 4pm. FERs cannot be started when there is pending PCR; therefore, PCRs received after the deadline will be returned to allow for timely submission of FERs.     

Payments due after the PCR deadline will be generated once the FER is approved by the Office of Grants Management. We encourage you to submit a PCR by the deadline date. Payments generated from the FER can take a considerable amount of time to receive since FERs are approved in the order received.

  Project Cash Request: September 17, 2025 at 4pm     
  Final Expenditure Report: September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm 

**Consolidated grants (See:  CCIP Note #574) 

  Project Cash Request: December 15, 2025 at 4pm     
  Final Expenditure Report: December 31, 2025 at 11:59pm
