FY2025 High-Performing ESC Application

Am. Sub. HB 110 changed how Educational Service Centers (ESC) are funded. The high performing designation is no longer a factor in determining state operating funds for ESCs. However, the designation of high performing ESC is a factor in exempting ESC personnel-based purchased services by schools and districts from competitive bidding requirements under ORC Section 3313.843(J). Please note that FY25 High-Performing ESC applications will be based on FY24 data.

Complete applications must be emailed to HPESC@education.ohio.gov no later than 4:30 pm on August 30, 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
