Complaint Procedures for Gifted Education

Situations may arise where parents or district employees believe a school district has violated state law or the gifted operating standards regarding students who are gifted. When this occurs, the Department of Education and Workforce will conduct a review and audit concerning suspicions of noncompliance with state law or gifted operating standards.
