Supportive Technical Assistance Review (STAR)

The Supportive Technical Assistance Review (STAR) is conducted with educational agencies with a special education rating of Needs Intervention or Needs Substantial Intervention. The intent of the review is to provide focused support and resources to prepare the educational agency for the upcoming Special Education Profile and ensure continued systemic improvement.
