Youth and Adult Mental Health

During times of increased stress, it is important for children and adults to have access to resources to help them to cope, heal, grow and build resilience. This guide provides access to resources and tools needed to support the mental health and wellness awareness campaign. Each initiative has a built-in education and stigma-reduction component, aimed at changing attitudes and strengthening supports for those in need. The toolkits are linked below and include downloadable educational resources, including videos, for parents and educators.
For questions or to request artwork in different sizes (for other media like billboards or bus signs), contact the campaign’s host organization listed in the corresponding link.

The Ohio CareLine 1-800-720-9616 and Crisis Text Line “4HOPE” TO 741741 are support services that should be included in all outreach strategies

If you or someone you know needs support now, call or text 988 or chat 988Lifeline.org. 988 connects you with a trained crisis counselor who can help.
