These web pages provide the following resources to enhance and strengthen a comprehensive system of support for Ohio’s English Learners and their families:
Each resource can be accessed and reviewed individually. These resources can also be accessed and reviewed as a collection depending on the needs and interests of the user.
English learners are those who take the Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA) until they receive a score of proficient. English learners require specialized supports to develop the English language and literacy skills needed to participate successfully in the school curriculum.

These resources aim to bolster academic, student wellness, and college and career outcomes for Ohio's English learners. Resources were created through a collaborative effort between the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and The Ohio State University's Center on Education and Training for Employment along with a dedicated group of family advocates, community leaders, school district staff, and teachers.
