2021 Teachers of the Year for Ohio's State Board Districts
Each year, the Ohio Department of Education invites each Ohio school district to nominate a candidate for Ohio Teacher of the Year. State Board of Education members assist with the award program activities. Following an in-depth nomination process this year, 11 State Board districts selected regional Teachers of the Year for 2021. A panel of education and community stakeholders interviewed five state finalists from the pool of State Board district winners to select the Ohio Teacher of the Year.
