Ohio English Language Proficiency Screener (OELPS) Updates
The Ohio English Language Proficiency Screener for the Beginning of Kindergarten (OELPS-BK) will be available beginning
June 1st. The OELPS will be unavailable during the month of July for portal maintenance. Testing can resume for the 2022-2023 school year on
August 3rd. Please refer to the
announcement on the portal for more information.
Wrapping up OELPA
Family Reports: Printed family reports arrive in districts for distribution the week of
June 6.
Rescores and Verifications: Districts may submit OELPA rescore and verification requests in
TIDE until
June 27. Refer to the
OELPA Rescore and Verification Guidance document for instructions.
