Order Official HSE (High School Equivalence) Transcripts and Duplicate Diplomas

DiplomaSender will be closed:

  • Christmas: Dec 24–26, 2025
  • New Year’s: Dec 31, 2025 & Jan 1, 2026

 

This is a friendly reminder about two upcoming closures for DiplomaSender.

  • Our monthly Reset Day is this Friday, August 29th. 
  • We will also be closed on Monday, September 1st, to observe Labor Day.

During these two days, our customer support will be unavailable. We will be back in the swing of things on Tuesday, September 2nd.

It's time for an important update! This Monday, June 30, 2025, DiplomaSender's beta website (beta.diplomasender.com) will officially go live as our main production site. This means all users – test takers, government accounts, and third parties – will register and log in directly through diplomasender.com. As we make this big switch on Monday, our website will be briefly offline. We're aiming for this transition to be super quick, hopefully less than two hours.

Reminder: All test takers for the GED® and HiSET must be an Ohio Resident.

DiplomaSender price change for third party vendors only:
Effective January 1, 2023, the price for verification (transcripts/diplomas) for third party vendors will increase from $25.00 to $30.00.

Beginning February 7, 2018 all High School Equivalence (HSE) transcripts and diplomas will be processed through DiplomaSender. 

  • The benefits of DiplomaSender:
    • All test takers since February 5, 2018, to current who have taken, passed, and credentialed in Ohio will receive their first diploma and transcript for FREE
    • Delivery methods and more can be found by visiting: https://beta.diplomasender.com/services 
  • ​Effective January 1, 2023: 
    • Duplicate diploma requests will increase from $15.00 to $20.00
    •  Duplicate transcript requests will increase from $15.00 to $20.00
    • Test takers can create accounts via DiplomaSender.com to view their scores, order credentials (diploma and transcript), and view all historical and current test scores from all three assessment publishers (GED® , HiSET or TASC).
    • As of July 1, 2020, TASC is no longer a HSE vendor in the State of Ohio. Test takers may still order transcripts and/or duplicate diplomas through DiplomaSender.


January 25, 2018, was the last day to order transcripts/diplomas through Parchment. All requests must go through DiplomaSender.

Walk-Ins:  As of Thursday, July 3, 2014, no walk-in requests for transcripts or duplicate diploma/transcripts are accepted
