Fall Grade 3 English Language Arts (ELA) Paper Test Return
Fall grade 3 ELA online and paper testing ended Nov. 1. All scorable test booklets must have a Pre-ID label applied and be returned to Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) no later than Nov. 4. All nonscorable materials must be returned to DRC no later than Nov. 11. Additional information on paper testing, including return of the materials, is available in the

Adult Tester Online Administration
The fall adult tester administration window closes Nov. 15. Contact the Office of Assessment with testing operations questions at
statetests@education.ohio.gov. Adult Diploma Program questions should be directed to Shell Nichols, Associate Administrator of Adult Options, at
Shell.Nichols@education.ohio.gov.
Fall High School End-of-Course (EOC) Tests
Fall EOC testing takes place Dec. 2, 2024-Jan. 17, 2025. Please be sure to review the
Fall 2024 OST Test Administration Manual (OST TAM) to become familiar with policies and procedures.
Districts that placed on-time orders in
TIDE by Sept. 16 will have their materials delivered Nov. 25. The additional order window for paper test materials will be open Nov. 25, 2024-Jan. 15, 2025. Additional information on paper testing, including the receipt, distribution, and return of the materials, as well as the
Directions and Script for Getting Started to be used when administering paper tests are available in the
Fall 2024 OST Supplemental Instructions for Paper Testing.
DTCs who wish to receive printed family reports must access the
Printed Family Reports Requests task in
TIDE, select [Yes], and click [Save] by Jan. 17, 2025.
DTCs who wish to receive score report labels must access the
Score Reporting Labels Requests task in
TIDE, select [Yes], and click [Save] by Jan. 17, 2025.
Dropout Prevention and Recovery (DOPR) Extended Window HS EOC Test Administration
The fall DOPR extended window EOC test administration closes Nov. 22 for approved DOPR community schools. All eligible students testing during the DOPR extended test window must be marked in
TIDE with the DOPR attribute set to “Y”. Information about reporting dates is in the
Key Dates section.
