Action Needed to Receive Printed OST Fall Family Reports
OST printed family reports are no longer automatically sent to districts. Printed fall family reports will only be sent to those districts that make this request in
TIDE under the “Fall OST Printed Family Report Requests.” No action is required if a district does not want to receive printed family reports. Deadlines to request the family reports are:
- Nov. 1, for OST Fall Grade 3 English Language Arts (ELA) tests.
- Jan. 17, for OST Fall High School (HS) End-of-Course (EOC) tests.
OST Score Reporting Label Requests for Fall
Districts that wish to request a set of fall score reporting labels must enter their requests in
TIDE under the “Score Reporting Label Requests” task. No action is required if a district does not want to receive score reporting labels. Deadlines to request scoring labels are:
- Nov. 1, for OST Fall Grade 3 ELA tests.
- Jan. 17, for OST Fall HS EOC tests.
Dropout Prevention and Recovery (DOPR) Extended Window HS EOC Test Administration and Order Window
The fall DOPR extended window EOC test administration is Sept. 16-Nov. 22 for approved DOPR community schools. All eligible students testing during the DOPR extended window must be marked in TIDE with the DOPR attribute set to “Y.”
Fall Grade 3 ELA Test Administration
The fall grade 3 ELA test administration window is Oct. 14-Nov. 1. Districts that placed an on-time order will have materials delivered Sept. 30. The additional order window in
TIDE is open Oct. 1-30.
High School EOC On-Time Order Window
The HS EOC on-time order window in
TIDE is Sept. 10-16. All orders are subject to Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (Department) approval. District test coordinators (DTCs) must complete the steps in the
Fall 2024 OST Supplemental Instructions for Paper Testing manual to receive test materials. The fall HS EOC test administration window is Dec. 2, 2024-Jan. 17, 2025.
