Having trouble finding an application in the OHID App Store?

 
We are currently experiencing a system issue where some people may not be able to find their Department of Education applications in the OHID App Store.  You may be impacted by this issue if any of the following are true:
 
  • You already had an OHID account and were recently assigned a new role to access a new application but the application is not there.
  • You already had an OHID account and one or more of your applications have unexpectedly disappeared.
The Department leverages the State of Ohio’s OHID login portal to provide this service to you, and their support teams are diligently working on the issue.  It is unclear how long to expect the issue to continue, so the Department has provided an alternate way to access your applications.  Click the button below to open a page that lists all of the applications (Web Systems) that you have a role to access.  If you do not have a role for an application, it will not appear in the list.
