Ohio State Test Preparation Checklist

The Ohio Department of Education has produced a pair of Ohio State Test Preparation Checklists to provide district and school personnel with information on the key steps needed to prepare for the spring test administration. These two documents are separated Science/Social Studies and Mathematics/English Language Arts.

A colored theme has been incorporated into the Checklists to allow readers to quickly distinguish between the two. The Science/Social Studies checklist contains green headings meanwhile; the Mathematics/English Language Arts document contains blue headings.

These documents contain important dates, contact information, links to additional resources, and a suggested timeline for preparation.
