The General Issues Data (Gen Issues) reports are individual checks generated for districts to assist in identifying potential data quality issues. These reports are not meant to imply that the information presented are data errors. If the district determines that the information presented on a Gen Issues report is correct, no action is necessary. These checks are run by numerous Department business offices. If you have a question or concern about a particular Gen Issue, see the General Issues (GNIS-xxx) report explanation to find the contact information for the business office that created the report.
