The waiver for districts to opt out of offering seventh- and eighth-grade career-tech programming is accessible through the SAFE account for the superintendent or superintendent designee. Instructions for completing the form are available here.
Middle grades career-technical education waivers must be completed yearly. The deadline for completing this year’s waiver is Sept. 30. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Career-Technical Education at (614) 466-3430.
