Department revamps Medicaid in Schools Program mailbox and website

The Department recently implemented a new Medicaid in Schools Program mailbox and website.

The mailbox, MSP@education.ohio.gov, offers Ohio Schools and Medicaid in Schools stakeholders with an efficient line of communication and enables the Department to easily track email messages and deliver them to team members for a timely response. 

The refreshed Medicaid in Schools webpage has been reorganized by topic. It creates a streamlined portal of information for school administrators, therapists, families and other Medicaid in Schools stakeholders. The Department will continue to update the webpage to meet users’ needs. Send suggestions for additions or changes to the webpage to MSP@education.ohio.gov.
