New human capital training sessions on attracting and hiring top talent

Join the Department and Experience Management Institute for upcoming training sessions on this important question: How strong is your school or district’s process for attracting and hiring top talent?
 
These sessions are free for Ohio educators and designed to help Ohio schools and districts develop and implement effective recruitment and hiring strategies in a competitive talent market.
 
There are three sessions to choose from, with virtual and in-person options: 

  • Feb. 8, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio 
  • Feb. 21, 10 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and Feb. 22, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. (Virtual) 
  • March 6, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Hamilton County Educational Service Center
